“2026 Reflection Update”

As I revisit this older post, I realize my understanding has grown and become more nuanced over time. While I still believe believers should avoid becoming consumed by sensationalism, bitterness, and endless public attacks disguised as discernment, I now also recognize that Scripture reveals times when God appoints spiritually grounded prophetic voices to confront false teaching, deception, and harmful doctrine.

My prayer remains the same: that Christ is lifted higher than personalities, performance, controversy, or confusion, and that believers seek truth with discernment, humility, wisdom, and love.

Have you ever gone to YouTube to look at one video and found yourself looking at a plethora of “emotionally charged” videos?

Yesterday I was ‘sucked’ into the whirlpool of YouTube videos and wasted my time looking at videos about ‘demons’ in the pulpit.

Curiosity ‘killed’ this cat because I opened the door of my mind, allowing my psyche to be temporarily ‘slain’ by visceral diatribes of obscure individuals lashing out and attacking various ministries.

While I can appreciate the sincerity behind those who believe they are saving souls from duplicitous ministries – I would argue that such videos discourage and buttress the negative image broadcast by satan concerning the ministry of Christ Jesus.

Yes, God will remove ‘charlatan ministries’ but we must let God be God and allow Him to remove as He sees fit – because His ways are most effective. (Acts 5:1 – 11)

My prayer is that sincere believers will expend their spiritual energies in sharing the Love of God through Christ Jesus and in so doing equip individuals to be able to recognize the WORD when they hear it.  (John 10:27)

LIFT Him up and the need to expose ministerial lies dissipates because all will SEE the TRUTH. (John 12:32)
